Annette Riemann 

Fundamentally, ‘narrative’ and ‘abstraction’ appear to be opposites. In my work, both aspects inevitably come together.

My artistic practice encompasses large-format works painted on photographic paper, collages, objects and films that deal with utopia, hyperspace and infinity.
It is about the boundaries between the real and the unreal, the mysterious, the infinite and the undefined.
